Request Loan or Request Investment? Choosing the Right Path at First Horizon

Two gateways, two purposes

Every page of our website offers two main actions: Request Loan and Request Investment. They lead to different teams and different processes, so choosing the right one from the start saves time.

Choose Request Loan if you need capital

Select Request Loan if your company is seeking financing of USD 1 million or more. This includes term loans, revolving credit facilities, bridge loans, acquisition and project finance, trade finance, real estate finance, asset-based lending and refinancing. The request has eight sections covering your company, ownership, financials, credit history, the facility you need and the collateral available, and lets you upload supporting PDF documents.

Choose Request Investment if you have capital to deploy

Select Request Investment if you are a qualified or institutional investor looking to allocate USD 100,000 or more to opportunities such as senior credit, real estate, infrastructure or digital asset strategies. The onboarding form has seven sections covering your identity, financial profile, compliance information, investment mandate and preferences.

Advisors and brokers

If you are submitting on behalf of a client, select the appropriate relationship or capacity in the first section and name the client entity throughout. Please ensure you are authorised to share the information you provide.

When to contact us first

• Your situation does not fit either form, for example a pure advisory or FX hedging need
• You want to discuss eligibility before preparing a full submission
• You have a time-critical transaction
