• Performing AML/KYC due diligence required by Swiss law
• Protecting our website against abuse, fraud and security threats

We process personal data on the basis of pre-contractual and contractual necessity, compliance with legal obligations (in particular AMLA and FinSA), our overriding legitimate interests in operating a secure website, and, where applicable, your consent (Art. 31 FADP). General enquiries are retained for up to 24 months. Data relating to financing or investment relationships is retained for 10 years after the end of the relationship, in line with Swiss commercial and anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements. Unsuccessful applications are deleted after 24 months unless a longer retention is legally required.

Data is primarily processed in Switzerland. Where service providers process data outside Switzerland, transfers occur only to countries with adequate data protection recognised by the Federal Council, or on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses adapted to Swiss law.
