Who can invest
Our investment opportunities are reserved for qualified and institutional investors, including family offices, pension funds, foundations, insurers, asset managers, corporate treasuries and eligible high-net-worth individuals. The minimum ticket size is USD 100,000.
The seven steps
1. Contact Person
The name, position and capacity of the person submitting the mandate, with email, telephone and WhatsApp numbers and your preferred contact method.
2. Investor Identity
The investor's full legal name, investor type, country of domicile, registration or passport number, tax residence and FATCA status. Include your LEI and regulator details if applicable.
3. Financial Profile
Assets under management or net worth, liquid investable assets, source of wealth, source of the specific funds to be invested, investment experience and your custodian bank.
4. Compliance
Ultimate beneficial owners, authorised signatories, PEP status, any sanctions links or regulatory proceedings, and your investor classification.
5. Investment Mandate
Minimum and maximum ticket size, investment horizon, target return profile, risk tolerance, liquidity needs, expected funding date, asset classes of interest and your objectives.
6. Preferences
Geographic focus, preferred vehicle, ESG requirements, leverage tolerance, co-investment interest, reporting frequency and any exclusions.
7. Declarations
You confirm the accuracy of the information and accept the required legal declarations.
After you submit
You receive a reference number immediately. Our investor relations team reviews the mandate, contacts you through your preferred channel, and begins AML and KYC verification. No allocation is made before verification is complete. Opportunities matching your mandate are then presented for your review, with full documentation.
